The Quiet Power of Crystals
The Quiet Power of Crystals

Sometimes it isn’t the big things that carry us.
But the small, quiet presence of something that is simply there.

A few months ago, I went to a spiritual fair.

Honestly? I didn’t really know what to expect.

But I was amazed.

Not by the workshops, or the people reading palms.
Not by the energy coaches or the people walking around.

But by the power.
The energy.
And the beauty of crystals.

And yes… by the magic I have felt from them over the past few months.

As if something inside me awakened.

I recognised it immediately.

That little girl inside me…
who had always been fascinated by crystals.

When I was younger, I had a little crystal book.
Pictures of the stones and their meanings.

And I had a few crystals of my own.
Stones I kept close and cherished.
Without truly understanding why.

But the feeling… it was already there back then.

I could already sense their energy.

At the fair, I bought three crystals:

Clear quartz, amethyst, and rose quartz.

It didn’t feel like a coincidence.

A few weeks later, I visited a crystal healer.
Together with my best friend and her daughter.

She explained the meaning of each crystal.
Their messages.
And the magic behind each one.

She told me about the triangle.

Clear quartz.
Rose quartz.
Amethyst.

A combination that strengthens.
That opens.
That softens.

But above all…

A combination that carries.

It may sound strange.

But they helped me keep standing.

During a period when everything felt uncertain.
When I sometimes lost myself.
When sadness and longing were so intensely present.

No, they didn’t solve anything.

But they were there.

On May 1st, the day I arrived in Calpe, I walked along the promenade.

I was here to prepare the Árbol retreat in July…
To breathe for a while.
To work a little.
And to find some peace.

There was a small artisan market.

And there they were again.

Amethyst.
Clear quartz.
Rose quartz.

As if they found me again.

Or perhaps… as if the house needed them.

And maybe I needed them here in Calpe too.

I took them with me.

And now they have a place here.

And it feels right.

The Quiet Power of Crystals

The past few months have been quiet.

I had very little space for people.
Except for my parents. My best friend.

The rest was filled by nature.
By hiking.
By my herbs.

And… by them.

These three stones.

It might sound a little strange. Or perhaps a little too spiritual…
Maybe not something you would immediately write about.

Every evening, I placed the amethyst on my belly.
The rose quartz on my heart.

And the clear quartz, the two halves of the geode,
stood downstairs.

On the wood.
Next to each other.
In stillness.
Supporting.

I couldn’t separate them.
They belonged there together.

One leaning against the other.

The amethyst and rose quartz lay beside me when I fell asleep.
On her side of the bed.
On her pillow.

And in a strange way…

I was never truly alone.

Amethyst brings calm.
It quiets the thoughts that keep spinning.

Rose quartz opens the heart.
Gently. Without forcing.
It is the stone of love. Of softness. Of yourself.

Clear quartz strengthens.
What is already there.

It feels like a rock beside me.
A support. A carrier.

Together, these three create something…

A quiet foundation.

They now have a place in the house.

Not obvious. Not in the spotlight.

But present.

As if they bring something extra.
A layer you cannot see, but can feel.

A gentle support in coming home.
In finding peace.
In simply… being.

You don’t have to understand it.

But when you are here…

maybe you will feel it.

That subtle softness.
That little extra sense of calm.

As if the house holds you.
Just a little more than you expected.

Maybe that is their magic.

Not big.
Not loud.

But quiet.
Present.

And sometimes…

that is exactly what we need.

Sometimes it isn’t the big things that carry us. Or even people.

Sometimes it is the small, silent presence of something that is simply there.

Maybe it isn’t a coincidence…

that my apartment, which I recently renovated…

is called Amatista.

Maybe everything is connected.
