Everyone has a story.
This is mine.

Árbol didn’t simply appear.
It didn’t come from an idea,
but from a feeling.

I have always been searching for peace.
For space.
For the ability to breathe again.

Four years ago, I discovered walking.

Not just walking. Hiking.

Together with someone who was very close to me at the time.
We had signed up for a retreat for female entrepreneurs.

A moment away from everything that was expected of us.

On the final day, we went on a silent walk.

Magical views. Climbing. Mountains. Ravines. Crystal-clear blue water.

Hiking was completely new to me. I had never done it before. I didn’t know it. I had never experienced it.

For the first time, I felt silence.
Real silence.

Not just around me,
but also within myself.

Since then, I have kept searching for that feeling.
In nature.
In movement.
In small moments.

And somewhere there,
very quietly,
Árbol began.

I didn’t know it at the time.

But looking back now, I realise that we plant seeds throughout our lives.

At different moments.
Sometimes without even being aware of it.

And then suddenly, everything comes together.
