My name is Ine Van Hofstraeten.
I’m an entrepreneur and have always been fascinated by the way space, nature, and simplicity influence how people feel. Over the years, I felt an increasing need to create a place where peace comes naturally.
Not a concept. Not a busy destination. Just a place that simply feels right.
That place became Árbol de la Vida in Calpe.
What began as a house for larger groups later grew into a second place closer to the sea: Amatista.
Smaller.
Yet with the same atmosphere and attention to detail.
For me, Árbol is more than a project. It’s an extension of the way I love to live.
Being outdoors. Walking and hiking. Spending time in nature.
Finding peace in the little things that help you reconnect with what truly matters.
Over the past few years, I’ve had to slow down myself. Not always by choice. But through that experience, I began to see movement, rest, and recovery differently. Less pushing. More listening.
That perspective is reflected in everything I do.
In the places I create. In the products I make from wood and herbs. And in what is gradually growing here around walking, nature, and slowing down.
First and foremost, Árbol is a place to stay.
But perhaps it’s also a place where you can truly arrive.
And reconnect with what matters most to you.
